Thomas Whiting

Thomas started in the financial services industry in 2012 when he qualified as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser, after studying Mathematics at University. Thomas joined the 177 Group in 2017, with his exceptional customer service skills, and great attention to detail, Thomas was consistently at the top of the tables for both written and submitted business, winning the 177 Outstanding Contribution Award in 2022 shortly before being promoted to our Adviser Manager.

Thomas looks after our advisers on a day-to-day basis, ensuring they all maintain our high level of customer service that we are renown for, and keeping the advisers in-depth knowledge and expertise up to date, by organising regular training and meetings with banks, building societies and private lenders from across the industry.

In his spare time Tom enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children, enjoys building Lego and has started adventuring into CrossFit!
