Deirdre Lee

Deirdre started her career within the property industry in 1998 gaining invaluable knowledge of the property purchase process, before she training and qualifying as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser.

Deirdre progressed from advising to successfully managing her own team of Case Managers, demonstrating how she excels in operations, systems and customer support, whilst gaining invaluable people management skills.

In 2012 Deirdre joined 177 Group, supporting sales behind the scenes by making the application process as smooth as possible and stress free for all our clients. In 2022, following 10 years of her hard work and dedication, Deirdre was promoted to 177’s Director of People where she continues to improve the efficiency of our systems and helps maintain our first-class service for our client’s as well as looking after the well-being of all our staff.

Outside of work, Deirdre enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, enjoying the outdoors, whether in the garden or under canvas on their regular camping trips.
