We were approached by a client that required a bridging loan on a property in Essex that had been purchased via an auction to their limited company that needed to complete in 2 months. The client needed the funds for the purchase and had funds set aside to carry out some works to increase the rental income.

Through our excellent relationships with bridging lenders, we were able to arrange the loan through a lender who was able to meet these deadlines. The lender was also able to offer a 1st charge secured against the security address being purchased.

We were able to broker a total facility of £150,000 with a monthly interest rate 0.95% per month.
